How to Brew Your Radiance

1. Simmer the Roots: Add 1–2 teaspoons of the root blend to 1.5C in a small pot. Simmer gently (covered) for 10 minutes.

2. Steep the Leaves & Flowers: Remove from heat and allow to cool to 165°F or lower. Add 1–2 teaspoons of the aerial blend, cover, and steep for 5–10 minutes.

3. Strain + Sip: Take a moment. Breathe. Set your intention. Let go.
